1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the yelfvarin website and related pages (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Yelfvarin Education s.r.o. (“yelfvarin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent or legal guardian who is responsible for your use of the Site.

2. Educational Disclaimer

The course information, materials, checklists, examples, and guidance described on this Site are provided for training and educational purposes only. They are not a promise of business performance, earnings, sales volume, or profitability. Any references to workflows, metrics, or “typical” learning progress are illustrative and may not reflect your results.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will be limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) €100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limits may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yelfvarin Education s.r.o. from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

11. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, labor disputes, internet or hosting outages, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party service providers.

12. International Use

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts in Prague.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and provide a brief, written description of your issue and your contact information. We will try to resolve disputes informally within 30 days.

15. Termination
