How we handle course questions
Most questions fall into three buckets: programme fit, implementation details, and expectations. Programme fit is about context—what segment you want to sell (work totes, evening bags, minimalist crossbody), your target price band, and which channels you can realistically commit to (marketplaces, a simple storefront, or social selling). Implementation details are the mechanics: supplier outreach, MOQ planning, sample checks, and how to structure a listing so it answers common objections before they become returns.
Expectations are the unglamorous part, but they keep decisions grounded. We can explain the workflow and share examples of what learners typically build (a competitor matrix, a supplier scorecard, a brand kit, and a weekly KPI review). What we cannot do is promise results. Your outcomes depend on product quality, pricing, unit economics, budget, and market conditions. If you share your assumptions, we can help you stress-test them using the same checks taught in the course.
